Up 08 45. Restless in night. Congestion.

Breakfast : orange juice; coffee; muesli (dairy milk). Watched Ken Loach on Not the Andrew Marr Show : suggesting new proto-party needs organising by some unions.

Worked on CSR.

Elevenses : coffee.

Continued working on CSR.

Afternoon

Lunch : Bombay mix; aloo gobi; naan.

Continued working as above.

Went to Brewers for sample. Encountered postman en-route who made sure I knew about industrial action 30^th September and 1^st October. Mentioned same to staff in Brewers (inc EiE) : no or little interest/concern. Saw acquaintance and friend who invited me to party. Skipped tea.

Joined friend for glass red wine at apartment (courtesy friend) where caught up and discussed possibilities nuclear conflict.

Went to Waitrose, buying pizza base.

Evening

Supper : pizza; salad; ice-cream.
