Up 08 30. Congestion.

Breakfast : coffee; muesli (dairy).

Did dishes, went to bathroom and showered. Wondered whether eyesight going, seeming to struggle with detail a little.

Worked on LFE.

Elevenses : coffee.

Continued working on LFE.

Afternoon

Lunch : quiche; coleslaw.

Went for walk into town, passing Big Issue seller who said was birthday and felt old (a young woman), visiting charity shops, buying DVD (All Quiet on the Western Front) and Waitrose, buying muscles on offer, and frozen fries. Spoke friend.

Siesta.

Tea : melon; black tea.

Applied for Citizens Advice job advertised at present.

Returned Waitrose, buying panacotta. Security following someone through store. Hen parties arriving for weekend.

Evening

Supper : moules et frites; panacotta.

Spoke friend.

Produced progress report and distributed to WC and EA as usual.
