Morning

Up 08 45. Congestion; gut discomfort again.

Breakfast : orange juice; coffee; toast with butter. Reports of plans close food banks and cancel NHS operations day of state funeral. Went bathroom, showered, descaled teeth. Angle grinding or sanding outside.

Went to Boston Tea Party to work to avoid noise.

Elevenses : coffee.

Worked on LFE. Tongue sore; felt out of sorts.

Afternoon

Lunch : minestrone soup; bread and butter. Found email from Managing Agent in SPAM folder, indicating gas inspection due and access required (sent day previous).

Siesta.

Went to town for food. Allowed woman to go ahead as had heavy basket. Staff impresssed and gifted me plant based ice cream in return. Socks wet through on reaching home.

Evening

Supper : minestrone soup; bread and butter; ice cream.

Spoke to friend before turning in.
