Morning

Up 06 30. Congestion though less so.

Worked on CSR.

Breakfast : orange juice; coffee; muesli (dairy). Toothache. Spoke friend.

Elevenses : coffee. Did dishes, went bathroom and showered. Footage declaration of King Charles’ accession at Edinburgh Castle being booed live on BBC News.

Joined friend at the Bell for cider (courtesy friend) and lunch.

Afternoon

Lunch : pizza (courtesy me). Stopped in charity shops before visiting Waitrose for food.

Tea : ice cream; water.

Siesta.

Evening

Supper : quiche; salad. Smoke in studio. Watched Redline TV. Arrests reported allegedly for expressions dissent as regards monarchy etc.

Thought about life.

Wrote to friend before turning in.
