Up 09 00. Difficult dreams. Congestion.

Breakfast : coffee; muesli (oat milk). Footage Bernie Sanders at RMT rally yesterday. 80% Pakistan livestock lost apparently. Watched Asad Rahman with Hartley-Brewer on Talk Radio : not sure productive.

Went bathroom, shaved, showered. Tried pay rent but Cooperative Bank website down. Noticed domain name auto-renewed ($18-00).

Worked on LFE a little but felt unsettled.

Elevenses : coffee. Spoke friend.

Decided visit Morrison’s for orange juice, chipolatas, reduced salad. Visited charity shop nearby, overhearing staff member saying whole chicken goes a long way (£4 a bird); she feeds chicken to her dog.

Afternoon

Lunch : spiced chipolatas; couscous; salad.

Siesta.

Tea : ice-cream; black tea. Works outside. Bank still offline.

Thought about life.

Evening

Supper : spiced chipolatas; couscous; salad.

Went to Waitrose, stopping briefly to talk to acquaintance sitting on street. Talked about travails in recent weeks – including 4 A&E visits in space of week – and saying something about friend being framed (pointing across street at man he said was guilty party).
