Up 07 45. Congestion; cough; sneeze or two.

Dressed and went to Waitrose for muesli.

Breakfast : coffee; muesli (oat milk). Footage Green New Deal Rising action at Conservative Party Leadership Hustings. Reported that water shortages in France and issues with some rivers as sources for cooling nuclear reactors.

Spoke friend.

Elevenses : coffee.

Went to Waitrose again for food, buying reduced cherries, oranges, ingredients for Greek salad, and pita. Staff member annoyed at man who put in a call as turn came and then compounded it by standing in middle of passageway. Another said should hold conversation right behind him so could not hear what was being said. Waved cyclist through crossing as doing 30mph down Lansdown Road.

Afternoon

Lunch : greek salad; pita.

Siesta.

Tea : black tea; cherries. Felt not breathing correctly or short oxygen or something.

Cleaned bathroom.

Evening

Supper : greek salad; pita. Did not feel great. Closed window due to idling.
