Up 08 00. Difficult dreams. Weak; congestion. Temperature 36.2.
Breakfast : orange juice; granola (almond milk).
Spoke friend. Put laundry on.
Decongestion effort. Did dishes, went to bathroom and showered.
Went to Sainsburys and Waitrose for food, buying cherries at Kingsmead Square stall (about £3.50 for equivalent punnet). Military officer in uniform in Waitrose fresh from city centre parade. Picked up prescription for friend suffering from COVID-19 and complications. Waited behind man seeking advice on removing hair from groin and woman who appeared lose tooth in real time, saying, ‘it’s been dead a while.’ Encountered President UCU in town. Dropped prescription round to friend.
Afternoon
Lunch : quiche; salad. Hung laundry.
Siesta.
Shared beer with a friend, walking up Camden Row to find seating outside (a wall), being joined by colleague passing by. Some councils apparently taken to publishing names and addresses protesters online. Gifted chard.
Tea : cherries; black tea.

Supper : quiche; salad; cherries. Filled in Electoral Registration Form. Member Merseyside Pensioners Association confronted LOTO on camera.
