Morning

Up 08 15. Difficult dreams. Weak; congestion. Temperature 36.4c. Athlete’s Foot worse. Noticed flytipping at rear building : drawers from chest.

Breakfast : orange juice; muesli (dairy milk). Noticed Don’t Pay UK campaign online. Free Assange human chain being formed around parliament 8^th October which seems late. Paid ecotricity.

Elevenses : coffee.

Spoke friend. Removed what may have been verruca from toe using nail scissors.

Afternoon

Lunch : chicken soup; matzos with hummus.

Helped friend with budgeting, tax calculation. Looked at own records online finding that 14 years of incomplete contributions (as against 18 complete) dating back to 1989/90, my last year prior higher education. If so, no advice from government, school or parents was forthcoming as turned 16 and began posting incomplete years unawares. Child passed by with responsible adult asking of them, ‘is anybody in there?’

Tea : black tea.
