Up 07 45. Slept well again. Weak; congestion. Temperature 36c.

Breakfast : orange juice; muesli (dairy milk).

Sent email Seetec Pluss to excuse self from meeting Friday morning and suggesting midweek following week. Spoke friend. Another friend stopped by with provisions.

Elevenses : peach; water. Athlete’s Foot deteriorated again so tried paste of salt and vinegar.

Received reply from Seetec Pluss with new appointment for 4^th August and message to ‘make sure’ keep appointment. Both upset and amused : perhaps should try contract monkeypox and turn up.

Read in bed.

Temperature : 36.7c.

Lunch : matzos with hummus and cucumber.

Siesta.

Tea : black tea. HMG apparently legislated to enable replacement striking workers by agency workers.
