Went grocery shopping.

Lunch : sandwiches (ham and cheese mustard and salad).

Helped friend with budgeting.

Tea : cappucino; madeleines.

Worked on TNS.

Evening

Supper : veal stew; red wine.

Spent time with friend. Noticed Just Stop Oil invaded British Grand Prix. Peripherique blocked by Derniere Renovation.
