Breakfast : orange juice; coffee; cornflakes (dairy milk).

Accompanied friend to Christ Church Lille for service and subsequent coffee. Went for short walk on remparts.

Lunch : Spanish omelette; green salad.

Worked on website.

Tea : black tea.

Supper : Magret de canard; sauteed vegetables.

Continued working as above. Wrote report and sent to EA and WC.
