Lunch : serrano ham; boiled potatoes; green salad (courtesy friend).

Went to Woods with friend for supper.

Supper : Provencal soup; bread; scallops; John Dory in butter sauce with mixed vegetables; rose and white wine (courtesy friend).

Spent time with friend. Read that Julian Assange to be extradited pending appeal.
