Morning

Up 08 45. Slept poorly, struggling with light from early AM.

Breakfast : coffee; muesli (dairy milk). Temperatures 45 degrees celsius forecast France. French legislature elections (Round One) today.

Worked on TNS. Firefox crashed. Journalist replied.

Elevenses : coffee. Passerby coughed, cleared throat, spat outside. Went bathroom. Security Alert Gmail but judged likely nothing untoward.

Afternoon

Lunch : fried egg; rice. Walked to Waitrose buying almond milk, cream, butter to make crumble. Saw acquaintance from street who looked decidedly better.

Published TNS entries.

Tea : black tea; shortbread.

Continued working as above.

Evening

Supper : herb omelette; rhubarb crumble with cream.

Continued working. Visited Coop and Spa for ice cream, buying Magnum ice lolly. Had second helping crumble with ice cream removed from chocolate case.

Wrote and sent progress report to EA and WC. Wondered whether Bath Society of Socialists could work as group if not political party or electoral work to begin with.
