Morning

Up 09 00. Orange juice then coffee in bed. Produced and sent progress report to EA and updated UC system. Electricity Bill through : £48.00 which is about a 10% rise as expected (if the estimate reasonable).

Went to bathroom, showered. Went to Coop for milk.

Breakfast : muesli (dairy milk).

Moved furniture into bays. Went to meet friend for elevenses as arranged.

Elevenses : coffee and cake (courtesy me). Caught up, discussing Earth System state and political situation : ‘It’s like there’s some invisible force that stops people from talking about everything,’ he said.

Afternoon

Lunch : fried egg; rice.

Worked on website.

Tea : black tea; shortbread.

Continued working as above.

Evening

Supper : Spanish omelette; salad.

Friend visited. Had glass wine (courtesy friend) and then ate pancakes a l’orange together. He said supermarkets were still disposing of edible food in skips locally as elsewhere.
