Up 08 55. Difficult dream. Breakfast in bed : orange juice; coffee; muesli. Seem to have strained back. Online.

Loo. Showered.

Went over to friend’s apartment.

Elevenses : coffee; flapjack (courtesy friend).

Afternoon

Went to Prior Park Garden Centre with friend and on to Dundas on the canal.

Helped pot new plants.

Lunch : tortelloni; green salad; red wine (courtesy friend).

Afternoon on the canal inc siesta. Lucky not to lose phone in canal; some damage after falling from pocket but functioning as normal.

Evening

Soda and lemon juice on return to apartment in evening sun, then went home.

Supper : muscles in white wine/cream sauce; fries.

Spoke to friend.

Online until lights out.
