Up 08 15. Dishes. Breakfast : coffee; muesli.

Showered. Pumiced right foot again. Possible bite or infection right side right foot. Hope former.

Finished tidying bedroom. Did the laundry and managed to visit launderette in time to join friend on canal for afternoon.

Afternoon

Down at Dundas on the Kennet and Avon Canal.

Lunch : salad of beetroot, quinoa, spring onion, feta cheese (courtesy friend).

Tea : coffee; tiramisu (courtesy me).

Returned home via friend’s flat.

Evening

Supper : spaghetti; pesto; green salad.

Spoke to a friend.

Headache, likely from exposure to sun today. Took a paracetamol.

Online until lights out.
