Morning

Up 09 30. Cold again in the night. Breakfast : orange juice; coffee; granola (almond milk).

Worked on website and artwork.

Elevenses : coffee; madeleines.

Afternoon

Completed web design.

Lunch : celeriac and bean soup/stew.

Went into town for a walk. Passed a woman I recognise by sight who spends a lot of time on the streets, usually with others. Smiled as walked past. ‘Hello, Gorgeous!’ she said.

Wrote and published first posts.

Tea : black tea; shortbread

Went for run despite left knee pain of late. Got to end of Charlcombe Lane and walked back. Noticed the ‘Quiet Lane’ was quiet. No traffic until I got back to the residences around the Royal High School. Perhaps Easter Holiday. Even so, passed by two dozen vehicles between there and home.

Melon whilst cooling off. Showered.

Supper : spaghetti, garlic, pecorino; green salad.
